We’ve made some changes to our menu here at Cibo… and we think you are going to like it!
Over the years (almost five now) our guests have been hugely interactive with us on the dishes and dining styles that have really hit the mark at Cibo.
This new menu was an incredible labour of love as we took these ideas and put them to paper. The result is a flavour-driven and value-forward menu with more of the dishes our guests love — like pasta and scodellina.
Bruschetta with winter squash, chickpea, cranberry and pumpkin seed oil.
Fettuccine with prosciutto, winter squash, mushrooms, grana padano, cream.
Arancini with saffron risotto, tomato and roasted chili.
Linguine with mussels, basil, tomato, garlic and white wine.
